However, this won\u2019t affect existing posts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-disable-comments-for-existing-posts-and-pages\">2. <strong>Disable Comment for Existing Posts and Pages<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to disable comment on posts and pages that have already been published:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In your WordPress dashboard, go to <strong>Posts<\/strong> > <strong>All Posts<\/strong> (or <strong>Pages<\/strong> > <strong>All Pages<\/strong> for pages).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the posts or pages where you want to disable comment.
